This the second time we have bought a sofa from here and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Owen was so helpful in the store and we had sorted a sofa and foot stool in just a few minutes, considerably cheaper than anywhere else. It was delivered the next day, yes the next day, and Owen and Will whisked our old sofa away and installed the new one almost instantly. Great service from Amanda in the showroom, found perfect sofa for us. Couldn’t believe how much choice there was. Delivered 2 days later by Sam and Ben who were really helpful and pleasant, they made sure it was in the exact spot before they left. Kept me informed re delivery time too.
Best sofa buying experience ever and saved money over buying it from one of the big stores.

We recently purchased a sofa from S2 Sofas in August and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The in-store service was excellent — we were given plenty of space to browse without feeling pressured, which made a big difference. The team were also incredibly accommodating and even stayed open later for us when we couldn’t arrive until near closing time, which we really appreciated.

Delivery was smooth and arrived exactly as scheduled. A special mention to PERRY and OWEN, who delivered our sofa — they were fantastic. Really friendly, down-to-earth, professional, and just genuinely easy to get along with. They made the whole process stress-free.

I cannot  believe I'd only just came across this sofa shop recently.  The quality of the sofas are unbelievable with massive savings .
Purchased a leather recliner sofa with matching chair. Honestly you can tell it's such an expensive rrp priced sofa (i actuallysaved around £3000 on the rrp price more than half price).
The showroom is excellent over several floors.  All in clear view for you to see. Staff are so efficient and polite with excellent knowledge of each sofa. (I was asking a lot of questions before committing as I needed the exact requirements for my spine) . Nothing was too much trouble and everything explained clearly .
Will and Owen were my delivery drivers. I purchased a sofa at 11am and this was in my home by 4pm in doncaster.
Both young lads were extremely polite and respectful in my home . Even kept adjusting the sofa so it was in perfect view of the tv even though it wasnt there home ha.
But those little things matter and show there customer service is to a high level .

Perry and Will were absolutely brilliant when they delivered our sofa, putting it exactly where we wanted and ensuring everything was in full working order before they left.  These 2 were a credit to the company.  Will definitely go back to S2 Sofas when we need any more furniture
