Do ex-display sofas come with a warranty?

Yes. Every ex-display sofa is covered by a six-month guarantee that applies anywhere in the UK. The cover is for manufacturing or structural faults; it does not extend to damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear-and-tear

Can I reserve a sofa online and collect later?

Absolutely. Once you’ve paid the purchase price (or deposit, if agreed), we can hold the sofa until you’re ready to collect or arrange delivery. If you need us to store the item for more than a short time, we can do so at a cost of up to £20 per week. When you’re ready, simply book your collection or delivery date and a responsible adult must be available to sign for the item when it leaves our care.

Will you help with delivery & setup?

Yes – our in-house two-person team will phone ahead (30–60 minutes), carry the sofa into your chosen room, unpack and position it exactly where you want, and complete a joint inspection with you before you sign off (standard delivery cost: £30 + £0.90 per mile).
