At S2 Sofas, we offer a personalised delivery service with our in-house team, who not only deliver but also set up your new purchase in your chosen space, ensuring it remains in pristine condition. Expect a call 30 to 60 minutes prior to arrival to minimise your waiting time. Our standard delivery charge is £25 plus £1 per mile; however, a handy calculator will determine your exact shipping cost once you’ve entered your address. For any queries or additional guidance, feel free to contact our friendly customer service team.
Before placing your order, please ensure you’ve checked the dimensions of the furniture to confirm it will fit in your desired space; failure to do so may incur cancellation costs as per our terms. Delivery is to an agreed address, and should you want the furniture positioned within your home, make sure there’s adequate access to your property. Once inside, you assume responsibility for any damage to the item or property. Please inspect the furniture carefully before signing the delivery receipt; if unsatisfied, inform our team before signing. A responsible adult must be available for signature. If you can’t accept the delivery as scheduled or require storage, additional charges up to £20 per week apply.
